The Maxxus "Serenity" Dual Tech is a two-person low EMF infrared sauna designed for comfort, efficiency, and wellness. Constructed from natural hemlock wood, it features a tempered glass door and two full-length side windows, creating a bright, open atmosphere. The interior is equipped with a chromotherapy lighting system, and starting with 2024 models, includes a red light therapy feature for enhanced therapeutic benefits.
Heating is provided by a combination of six ceramic and Carbon Tech low EMF FAR infrared emitters - one ceramic and five carbon panels - along with a dedicated floor heater for feet reflexology. Both interior and exterior LED control panels allow easy operation, while the built-in music system includes Bluetooth and MP3 auxiliary connectivity with two dynamic speakers and a pre-amp. Designed for convenience, the sauna offers plug-and-play operation on a standard 120V/15amp outlet and features a clasp-together assembly system. A roof vent adds ventilation, rounding out a feature-rich sauna ideal for compact wellness spaces.

Curbside Delivery Information
We offer curbside delivery via freight to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Scheduling Your Delivery
Once your sauna ships, the freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours in advance to set up a delivery time. Deliveries take place Monday through Friday, and you’ll be given a 4-hour delivery window.
Important: Your sauna will not be delivered until the carrier speaks with you to confirm the time.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, road conditions, or freight carrier availability. Last-minute schedule changes are possible and are handled by the freight company.
How Your Sauna Will Arrive

Your sauna will arrive strapped to a pallet in one or more boxes, depending on the model.

It will be delivered by a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver.

The driver will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only — no setup or placement beyond the curb is included.
Special Access Considerations
If your location has long driveways, narrow streets, low-hanging trees, stairs, apartment buildings, or any other access challenges, please notify us before we ship your order. This helps us avoid delays or complications on delivery day.
After Delivery: What to Do
As soon as your sauna arrives:

Inspect the boxes immediately for any visible signs of damage.

Note any dents, scratches, or scuffs on the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt.

You do not need to open the boxes at this time — just check the exterior for damage.
This inspection helps protect your eligibility for damage claims if needed.

In some cases, freight carriers may deliver to a carport or first-floor entryway, if it is easily accessible.

Please review the box dimensions ahead of time to ensure they’ll fit through your doorway if you're moving the boxes inside.
