The Maxxus Aspen Dual Tech is a two-person low EMF FAR infrared sauna designed to deliver a balanced and relaxing wellness experience. Constructed from natural Canadian Hemlock, it features a tempered glass door and two full-length side windows, creating a light and spacious interior. The sauna is equipped with a combination of six heat emitters - one ceramic and five Carbon Tech low EMF FAR infrared panels - providing a blend of deep-penetrating warmth and even heat distribution.
A dedicated floor heater offers soothing feet reflexology, while the chromotherapy lighting system enhances the therapeutic atmosphere, with red light therapy available starting in 2024 models. Additional features include a roof vent for ventilation, an interior LED control panel for easy operation, and built-in Bluetooth and MP3 auxiliary connectivity with two dynamic speakers and a pre-amp for personalized audio. The Aspen is plug-and-play with a standard 120V/15amp connection and is easy to set up thanks to its clasp-together assembly. This model will be available at the end of April 2025.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty of Sauna Products is 5 years on heating elements and electronics from the date of purchase. The wood structure has a 1 year limited warranty and the radio has a 1 year limited warranty.

Curbside Delivery Information
We offer curbside delivery via freight to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Scheduling Your Delivery
Once your sauna ships, the freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours in advance to set up a delivery time. Deliveries take place Monday through Friday, and you’ll be given a 4-hour delivery window.
Important: Your sauna will not be delivered until the carrier speaks with you to confirm the time.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, road conditions, or freight carrier availability. Last-minute schedule changes are possible and are handled by the freight company.
How Your Sauna Will Arrive

Your sauna will arrive strapped to a pallet in one or more boxes, depending on the model.

It will be delivered by a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver.

The driver will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only — no setup or placement beyond the curb is included.
Special Access Considerations
If your location has long driveways, narrow streets, low-hanging trees, stairs, apartment buildings, or any other access challenges, please notify us before we ship your order. This helps us avoid delays or complications on delivery day.
After Delivery: What to Do
As soon as your sauna arrives:

Inspect the boxes immediately for any visible signs of damage.

Note any dents, scratches, or scuffs on the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt.

You do not need to open the boxes at this time — just check the exterior for damage.
This inspection helps protect your eligibility for damage claims if needed.

In some cases, freight carriers may deliver to a carport or first-floor entryway, if it is easily accessible.

Please review the box dimensions ahead of time to ensure they’ll fit through your doorway if you're moving the boxes inside.
