Dynamic Full Spectrum Saunas uses infrared wave to penetrate into your body tissue and dissolve harmful substances accumulated in your body. Infrared rays vitalize your cells and metabolism. With Full Spectrum, you will receive health benefits at various levels of Infrared – NEAR, MID and FAR. FAR Infrared penetrates the deepest into the tissue to break down toxins while NEAR generates the most heat to your body. FAR Infrared has the longest wavelength and penetrates the deepest in to the body tissue reaching the adipose tissue (fatty tissue) and activating the sweat glands. Curbside Delivery Information
We offer curbside delivery via freight to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Scheduling Your Delivery
Once your sauna ships, the freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours in advance to set up a delivery time. Deliveries take place Monday through Friday, and you’ll be given a 4-hour delivery window.
Important: Your sauna will not be delivered until the carrier speaks with you to confirm the time.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, road conditions, or freight carrier availability. Last-minute schedule changes are possible and are handled by the freight company.
How Your Sauna Will Arrive

Your sauna will arrive strapped to a pallet in one or more boxes, depending on the model.

It will be delivered by a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver.

The driver will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only — no setup or placement beyond the curb is included.
Special Access Considerations
If your location has long driveways, narrow streets, low-hanging trees, stairs, apartment buildings, or any other access challenges, please notify us before we ship your order. This helps us avoid delays or complications on delivery day.
After Delivery: What to Do
As soon as your sauna arrives:

Inspect the boxes immediately for any visible signs of damage.

Note any dents, scratches, or scuffs on the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt.

You do not need to open the boxes at this time — just check the exterior for damage.
This inspection helps protect your eligibility for damage claims if needed.

In some cases, freight carriers may deliver to a carport or first-floor entryway, if it is easily accessible.

Please review the box dimensions ahead of time to ensure they’ll fit through your doorway if you're moving the boxes inside.
